  3. To move around this file press Page Up and Page Down, or click in the vertical scroll bar. You can print this file by selecting the Print command from the File menu. 
  4. Use this guide to troubleshoot any problems you have before contacting technical support. In 67% of technical support calls, all problems are fixed by cleaning the CD-ROM.

  6. Installation 
  7. Ensure you install all components supplied in the installation procedure. Should you experience errors, disable any programs you may have running in the background, Screen Savers, Anti Virus programmes etc.

  9. Last Minute issues 
  10. If the title displays errors you may like to follow these steps before contacting technical support.

  12. Memory 
  13. Go to your control panel and select memory. 
  14. Ensure that Modern Memory Manager and/or Ram Disk is switched off. 
  15. Toggle Virtual Memory. 
  16.  
  17. Display
  18. Go to your control panel and select Monitors (Sometimes Monitors and Sound). 
  19. Try reducing the current settings to 256. 
  20.  
  21. Other Errors
